For the purpose of investigating allegations of corruption, accepting gifts or promises related to the procurement of satellite monitoring at the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla), today (28/3) investigator of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) conducted a detainment of suspect FA (member of RI Legislative Council period 2014 - 2019) for the next 20 days starting from today in Detention Center of Class 1 of East Jakarta KPK branch located at Pomdam Jaya Guntur.

For the purpose of investigating allegations of corruption crime bribery related to the discussion of APBD-P of Malang City Government Budget Year 2015, today (27/3) investigator of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) make legal efforts to detain 7 suspects for 20 days ahead starting from day this in 5 different detention houses.

They are 6 members of DPRD Malang City period 2014 - 2019, namely RS, HPU, YAB, HS, SKO and ABR. Suspect hospital arrested in Rutan Klas 1 Jakarta Timur KPK branch. Suspect HPU and YAB in Rutan Class IIA East Jakarta (Pondok Bambu). HS and SKO at East Jakarta Police Prison and ABR at South Jakarta Police Prison. Meanwhile, MA (Mayor of Malang period 2013 - 2018) detained in Rutan Klas 1 East Jakarta KPK branch located in Pomdam Jaya Guntur.

For the purpose of investigating alleged corruption of bribery related to discussion of APBD-P of Malang City Government Budget Year 2015, investigators of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) again conducted detainment over the other five suspects in this case.

The detention is carried out for the next 20 days starting today in 3 different prisons. The five are members of Malang City Legislative Council period 2014 - 2019, namely SAL, MKU, MZN, SPT and WHA. Suspects SAL and MKU detained in South Jakarta Police Prison. Suspect SPT and WHA at Rutan Klas 1 Jakarta Timur KPK branch. Meanwhile, MZN was detained in Rutan Klas 1 East Jakarta KPK branch located in Pomdam Jaya Guntur.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) again reminded all state officials to provide the State Administrator Wealth Report (LHKPN). This year, reporting is made easier with the introduction of electronic systems. With this system, KPK hopes that the State Organizer can improve compliance in reporting their assets accurately.

To remind of this obligation, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in cooperation with the Indonesian Climbing Federation on Monday, March 26, 2018 unfurled a 14 x 8 meter banner covering one side of the KPK building on Jl. HR. Rasuna Said kav. C1, South Jakarta.
