For the purpose of investigating alleged corruption of bribery related to discussion of APBD-P of Malang City Government Budget Year 2015, investigator of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) again conducted legal effort of detention against another suspect, namely BS (Member of DPRD Kota Malang period 2014 - 2019) to The next 20 days are starting today in Rutan Klas 1 Jakarta Timur KPK branch located at Pomdam Jaya Guntur.

Previously, KPK has named BS as suspect. BS as a Member of Malang City Legislative Council period 2014 - 2019 together with his Malang Legislative Council member colleagues 2014 - 2019 period allegedly received a gift or promise from MA as Mayor of Malang period 2013-2011 together with JES (Head of Public Works Housing and Supervision Building Government of Malang City in 2015) whereas it is known or reasonably suspected that the prize is given to move to do or not to do something in his position that is contrary to his obligation related to the discussion of APBD-P of Malang City Government Budget Year 2015.

For his actions, BS is suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or letter b or Article 11 of Law Number 31 Year 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 Year 2001 jo. article 55 paragraph (1) to-1 Criminal Criminal.
