For the purpose of investigating alleged corruption of bribery related to discussion of APBD-P of Malang City Government Budget Year 2015, investigators of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) again conducted detainment over the other five suspects in this case.

The detention is carried out for the next 20 days starting today in 3 different prisons. The five are members of Malang City Legislative Council period 2014 - 2019, namely SAL, MKU, MZN, SPT and WHA. Suspects SAL and MKU detained in South Jakarta Police Prison. Suspect SPT and WHA at Rutan Klas 1 Jakarta Timur KPK branch. Meanwhile, MZN was detained in Rutan Klas 1 East Jakarta KPK branch located in Pomdam Jaya Guntur.

Previously, the Commission has named the five people as suspects. Five Members of Malang City Legislative Council period 2014 - 2019 is allegedly receiving a gift or promise from MA as the Mayor of Malang period 2013 to 2018 together with JES (Head of Public Works Housing and Building Supervision of Malang City Government in 2015) when it is known or reasonably suspected that the prize is granted to mobilize in order to do or not to do something in his / her position which is contrary to his / her obligation related to the discussion of APBD-P of Malang City Government Budget Year 2015.

For their actions, the five members of Parliament Malang City period 2014-2019 is allegedly violated Article 12 letter a or letter b or article 11 of Law Number 31 Year 1999 on the Eradication of Corruption as amended by Act No. 20 of 2001 jo. article 55 paragraph (1) to-1 Criminal Criminal.
