The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is hoping for a fair implementation of the 2020 local elections by the government, which steers clear of money politics and is cautious of Covid-19 transmission.
The Corruption Eradication Commission holds an education and training program as a preparation for Anticorruption Instructor Certification for Regional Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP). The program was opened online by KPK Deputy Commissioner Alexander Marwata yesterday (10/9).
The Corruption Eradication Commission Channel (KanakKPK), managed by the KPK Public Relations Bureau, held a webinar entitled “Corruption, Criminal Disparity, and Perma No. 1/2020”. This webinar was held in connection with the issuance of Perma (Supreme Court Regulation) No. 1 of 2020 on the Prosecution Guideline of Articles 2 and 3 of the Corruption Eradication Law.
In the 2020 National Action to Prevent Corruption (ANPK) event last August, KPK Deputy Commissioner Nawawi Pomolango stated that nearly 70 percent of cases handled by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) started from the procurement of goods and services by the government.
The Corruption Eradication Commission carried out another RT-PCR (Reverse-Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction) swab test on the entire KPK staff. This test was carried out for 4 days from Monday to Thursday (7-9/9) and was taken by all officials and employees in turn.
