Overview of KPK
The KPK is an independent state institution within the executive family which in carrying out its duties is free from the influence of any power. The KPK was not only formed to eradicate Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism, but also as a stimulus so that efforts to eradicate corruption by other institutions run more effectively and efficiently.
In an effort to eradicate and prevent corruption, the KPK has always adhered to the vision, mission, and principles of the KPK which include legal certainty, openness, accountability, public interest, proportionality, respect for human rights.
