Public Official’ Wealth Report. State officials must report their wealth as mandated by Law No. 28/1999 on Good Governance and Freedom from Collusion, Corruption and Neoptism; Law No. 30/2002 on the Corruption Eradication Commission; and the Corruption Eradication Commission Regulation No. 07/2016 on the Mechanism of Submission, Announcement, and Checking of Public Official’s Wealth.

The number of public officials that must submit their wealth reports (LHKPN) reached 322,213 people as of 30 June 2018. Of the number, 160,739 officials submitted the reports, or 66.59 percent compliance rate, as shown in the following table.

Gratuity. according to the laws, is provision of gift, including money, goods, discount, commission, interest-free loan, transportation ticket, accommodation facility, tourism trip, and free medical treatment.

Report on Public Complaint Handling. The basic principle of public involvement in eradicating corruption is the freedom for people to play active role in eradicating corruption, particularly in reporting corruption crime allegation.
