Almost 3 years ago, on January 15, 2015, the Indonesian Community Radio Network (JRKI) with 17 confederation members from 17 provinces in Indonesia declared Community Radio Movement for Indonesia Bersih in Yogyakarta. There are three fundamental purposes why this movement is declared. First, encourage community radio as an educational media about anticorruption movement in Indonesia. Second, expanding public support for anticorruption movement to realize Indonesia clean and dignified. Third, ensuring community radio is able to become a medium in anticorruption movement.

As part of the pillar of democracy, community radio, certainly has a strategic role to interpret the broadcasting. Not only is he trapped in business and political flows, but returns to his ultimate ideals as an effort to educate and educate the public. So in the context of the anti-corruption movement, community radio feels called to take part in this movement.
Therefore, the Community Radio broadcasting system is regulated in Article 21 Paragraph (2) of Law No. 32/2002 that Community Radio was established "To educate and promote the community in achieving prosperity, by implementing an event program that includes culture, education and information depicting the identity of the nation."
In its development, community radio with limited power of its pans, more position as community media. Functions as entertainment, education and community information on a local scale. Each community radio has a diversity of patterns and broadcast materials, depending on the needs of the community. For example, there are programs that focus on agriculture, tourism, climate change, labor, disaster risk reduction, rural development, and so on. This focus option is formulated together and defined in an agreed broadcast program. To date, out of 23 provinces, there are about 450 community radios belonging to JRKI.
Anticorruption Movement
Already believed by many people, hampered the welfare of the people and the nation's progress due to corruption. Corruption has become a tradition not only for high-ranking officials, but also to the lives of the people. Call it the construction of a road in the village that uses aspiration funds. All know that the amount of funds signed in receipts is much greater than received. Local people know this corruption, but prefer silence.
At the regional, provincial and central levels, the anti-corruption movement has grown. Many activists are sparking anticorruption, but not in their communities. Few dare to speak out about anticorruption issues.
Why is that? JRKI believes, one of them, related to information access. This is where the important role of community radio to ensure its existence. The role of community radio should be beneficial to the community and affirm its function as an anticorruption education medium.
In encouraging its function, JRKI conducts various activities in the region together with Radio KanalKPK managed by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). This activity can increase the ability and knowledge of community radio managers in producing anticorruption messages.
Radio JRKI members provide broadcast time slots for anti-corruption messages, either produced by KPK, JRKI, NGOs or self-created ones. In addition to producing public service ads, a variety of creativity was emerging. For example, PPK FM community radio, Sragi Sub-district, Pekalongan, Central Java, create unique anticorruption messages. The mothers of savings and loan funds there make an anti-corruption pledge which is then delivered in front of the village community.
Community radio also organizes dialogue on village governance. Lots of funds are managed, but people do not know because they never get the information intact. For example, at Radio Community MMC FM Boyolali, the residents were shocked when the village head delivered in the discussion that his village currently manages around Rp 800 million. Then at Radio Community Sepulung Air Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan. The residents only know that they have not received a salary for five months. Their salaries are delayed because the Village Fund Allocation has not been disbursed from the district.
Through community radio, transparency and accountability can begin. Through community radio also various things related to the regulation until the terms of corruption that have not been widely understood by the community, delivered easily. Such as gratuities, extortion, money laundering. The understanding was directly conveyed by the radio administrator along with anti-corruption activism.
The effort to conduct anti-corruption education is not only done by inviting or must be started from community radio. Like Mitra Community Radio FM, Deli Serdang North Sumatra. At Mitra FM all financial management is written on a large board. They also reported it on radio broadcasts. That way, all communities know the amount of money that is managed, the source and allotment
