Jakarta, 7 February 2020. Corruption Eradication Commission (CEC) receives recent help of force in investigating allegation of bribery related to the procurement of airplane engine of PT. Garuda Indonesia. The support came from international society with the signing of Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) between Serious Fraud Office (SFO) with Airbus SE.
Jakarta, 5 February 2020. Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will be detaining KS (a member of Bandung Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) 2009–2014) for the next twenty days from 5 to 24 February 2020 at Pomdam Jaya Guntur Detention Center.
Jakarta, 27 January 2020. The Corruption Eradication Commission included the name of a suspect, HAR (Politician of PDI-P), in the wanted list (DPO). KPK has named HAR as a suspect since January 9, 2020 in the case of the alleged corruption in connection with the election of members of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) 2019-2024.
Jakarta, 30 January 2020. The Corruption Eradication Commission named 14 members of North Sumatra DPRD as suspects in alleged corruption related to the implementation of the functions and authority of DPRD Members for the periods of 2009-2014 and/or 2014-2019.
Jakarta, 27 January 2020. The Corruption Eradication Commission has detained HN (Former Head of the Office of Financial and Asset Management in Bandung) and TDQ (Member of the Bandung Regional House of Representatives/DPRD 2009-2014) for the next 20 days in the Class 1 Detention Center in East Jakarta, which is one of KPK’s detention center branches.
