In the development of an investigation into alleged corruption in the procurement of land for Green Open Space (RTH) in Bandung City Government in 2012 and 2013, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) found sufficient initial evidence to improve the status of the case to the investigation.

KPK names 3 people as suspects in this case. They are HN (Former Head of Regional Financial Management and Assets Bandung), TDQ (Member of Parliament Bandung City period 2009-2014) and KS (Member of Parliament Bandung City period 2009-2014).

Suspect HN as Head of Financial Management and Regional Assets (DPKAD) Bandung as well as Budget User along with TDQ and KS as Member of Bandung Legislative Council period 2009-2014 allegedly with the purpose of benefiting themselves or others or a corporation, abuse of authority, opportunities or facilities available to him because of his position or position, so that allegedly lead to financial losses of state or state economy in land procurement for RTH in Bandung City Government in 2012 and 2013.

For all their deeds, the three are suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph (1) and / or Article 3 of Law Number 31 Year 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 Year 2001 regarding Amendment to Law Number 31 Year 1999 on the Eradication of Corruption in Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
