Surakarta, 24 August 2020. The Corruption Eradication Commission handed over assets to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, in the form of a building and a plot of land in Banjarsari District, Surakarta City, Central Java today.

The handover of assets took place at the Graha Kusuma Manahan Building, Manahan Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City, Central Java.

The assets were valued at Rp11.19 billion, consisting of a building covering an area of ​​440.75 square meters worth Rp1.03 billion and a plot of land with an area of 877 square meters valued at Rp10.16 billion. This asset is located at Jl. Sam Ratulangi No. 16 Surakarta, Manahan Sub-district, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City, Central Java.

"The handover of these assets is part of the KPK's efforts to maximize asset recovery, as a form of repaying state losses from the prosecution we have carried out," said KPK Deputy for Prosecution, Karyoto.

As recorded in the Land Book with Freehold Rights Number 1699 Manahan Sub-District, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City, Central Java which was published by the Surakarta Administrative City Land Office, the asset is in the name of Dipta Anindita. The KPK confiscated one plot of land and building, in the case of the SIM (driver's license) Simulator and Money Laundering convict Djoko Susilo.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights will use the land and building as the Surakarta Home Office Storage Facility for Confiscated Items and Seizure.
