The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) received an Award based on the evaluation of Performance Indicator on Budget Implementation (IKPA) at the Jakarta level VI KPPN (State Treasury Service Office) from the Ministry of Finance, last Tuesday (10/3).

KPK achieves an IKPA score of 95.46, and this is followed by the Coordinating Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) with scores of 94.09 and 88.27 respectively. These are IKPA Scores for the category of work units with budget ceilings of Rp250 billion and above.

There are three categories of IKPA Scores evaluated by the Ministry of Finance. The other two are IKPA work units with a budget of 0 to Rp100 billion and IKPA work units with a budget from Rp100 billion to Rp250 billion. The Head of Treasury at the KPK Bureau of Planning and Finance, Muhamad Suryanto, said, "Every year there are more than 300 work units that are assessed by the Ministry of Finance."

The Ministry of Finance began giving IKPA Awards annually in 2014. This is the first time KPK received an IKPA award. There are 12 assessment indicators considered in the evaluation process to obtain an IKPA award, including punctuality of delivering payment orders (SPM), punctuality of delivering contracts and agreements, absorption of funds, and punctuality when reporting accountability of treasurer.

“KPK continues to strive to improve their financial systems, so payments are settled punctually,” he added. KPK, by utilizing various innovations, expects to win an IKPA award at the ministry or national level in the future.
