Born in Magetan, East Java, in 1956, Agus Raharjo graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at the Ten November Institute of Technology (ITS) in 1984. He continued his studies, S2, in 1991 at Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute, , United States of America. Between 1995 and 1997, Agus became an active speaker at international institutions in Paris, France.

Back to Indonesia, Agus then became a Civil Servant (PNS) in the State Ministry of National Development Planning / National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas). In 2006 Agus was appointed Head of Procurement Policy Development Center for Public Goods and Services (PPKPBJ). Then became Head of Government Procurement Policy (LKPP) Agency in 2010.

Basaria Panjaitan (KPK Deputy Commissioner) 

The first woman who became KPK commissioner, Basaria was born in Pematangsiantar, North Sumatra, December 20, 1957. Basaria is a Bachelor of Law graduates Sepamilsukwan Polri I Year Force 1983-1984. She also studied at the Jayabaya University Accounting Department, Jakarta. In 2003, Basaria entered the Police Officer Candidate School (Sepa) Police in Sukabumi and graduated as a police officer with the rank of Ipda. After graduation, she immediately set in the Police Drug Detective Bali.

Then she was appointed Head of Drug Serse Drugs West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Year 1997-2000, Head of Drugs Police Jabar (2000-2004), Dirserse Criminal Riau Islands Police Year 2006-2008. During that time, Basaria took a Master's degree in Master of Economic Law University of Indonesia.

The two-star general also once became Kapusprovos Divpropam Polri in 2009, Karo Bekum SDelog Polri in 2010, and became Widyaiswara Madya Sespim Polri Lemdikpol. Basaria also active as a lecturer at the School of Staff and Leadership Police in Lembang. After being in Batam, Basaria was withdrawn to Police Headquarters, becoming the principal investigator of the Criminal Acts Directorate of Criminal Investigation.

 Alexander Marwata (KPK Deputy Commissioner)

Born in Klaten, Central Java, February 26 1967, Alexander was an ad hoc judge of the Jakarta Corruption Court. Attended SD Plawikan I Klaten (1974-1980), SMP Pangudi Luhur Klaten (1980-1983), SMAN 1 Yogyakarta (1983-1986). And continued his higher education, D IV in Accounting Department STAN Jakarta. In 1995, he continued his studies again in S1 Legal Studies at the University of Indonesia.

Since 1987-2011, Alexander Marwata career was at the Development Finance Supervisory Agency (BPKP). In 2012, he later became a judge at the Central Jakarta District Court.

Saut Situmorang (KPK Deputy Commissioner)

Born in Mayang, February 20, 1959, Thony Saut Situmorang, is a graduate of Padjajaran University Bandung majoring in Physics Sciences. In 2001, Saut went on to master management program at Krisnadwipayana University. Then he took Doctoral Program at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI).

Saut entered BIN since 1987. He was Secretary of the 50th Regular Education Program of the National Defense Institute (Lemhannas) in 2013. In 1997-2001, Saut became the Secretary of the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore. After that, he moved to Secretary I at the Indonesian Embassy in Canberra, Australia in 2008-2011. Saut has also been a lecturer in the competitive science of intelligence at the University of Indonesia and STIN Lecturer to this day.

Laode M. Syarif (KPK Deputy Commissioner)

Born in Lemoambo Muna Island Southeast Sulawesi, June 16, 1965 Laode M Syarif started his career in Makassar as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law Hasanudin University, since 1992. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law (S.H) degree at the Law Faculty of Hasanuddin University. Afterwards he continued his education on the Master of Laws (LLM) program at the Faculty of Law, Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Brisbane and continued his Ph.D program at Sydney University, School of Law with a specialization program in International Environmental Law.

In addition to being a lecturer at the Faculty of Law UNHAS, he is also active as guest speaker / lecturer at Sydney University Law School, National University of Singapore Law School, Cebu University Law School, and University of South Pacific, Vanuatu. In addition, he is also active in various national and international organizations, including: (i) Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia, (ii) the UNODC-Anti-Corruption Academic Initiative (ACAD), where developing a number of capacity building programs for anti-corruption, good governance, judicial reform and environmental law enforcement in Police, Attorney, Bappenas, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and actively teaching the code of ethics and environmental law in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia
